Our Woolshed is now a licensed premise and we can operate a bar whenever we have a full house or for large groups by pre-arrangement.

The liquor license does allow us to supply alcohol to all guests staying overnight.

Swag Hire Available

One nights single swag hire. Occupant has choice of locations to "roll out their swag".  Can be utilised in the shearer's quarters for extra guests or on top of a hill near the camp ground to wake up to a stunning view!

$25 with all linen supplied.

Air Conditioning?

We do not currently have any air conditioning in the shearers quarters. We promote the fact that we offer a genuine unique style of accommodation which educates individuals on the culture of Australian station life.


For those wanting a more comfortable experience, the new Bush Cabins will come equipped with both heating and cooling.

There is no mobile phone coverage at Turlee Station Stay

Are You Pet Friendly?

Turlee Station Stay is pet friendly, although you do need to keep in mind we are a working station. We have working sheep dogs on our property and cannot be held liable if your pet comes into contact with our dogs that are tied up unless actually working sheep.


We ask that you tie up your dog securely outside at night and do not allow dogs to sleep inside the accommodation facilities due to local council health regulations.

NEW Bush Cabins - Now Available

The four newly built Bush Cabins whilst Bush Cabin BBQ Areaproviding a more luxurious accommodation option, maintain the rustic appeal that we so proudly exude. Brand new appliances and furnishings throughout. Fully self contained with private kitchen, dining, bathroom and bedroom area, boasting timber floors throughout. Queen sized beds with plush linens and a fold out sofa suitable for a couple of young children. Spacious rooms with the option to sleep a third child in a stretcher on the floor.


A veranda encompasses the front side of the Bush Cabin Queen Size Bedbuilding perfect for sitting and enjoying a glass of wine overlooking the sunset! An outdoor dining area is situated to one end of the corrugated iron building with two new BBQs and outdoor settings, all gas included. All four rooms maintain the same layout and inclusions and differ only in decorating.

Authentic rustic shearers quarters. Dorms rooms ranging from double rooms and twin single rooms to family rooms (double plus two singles).

Bush Bungalow

Located in a peaceful, shaded area away from the dorm rooms at shearer's quarters.

Enjoys a private room with upgraded furnishings and beddings, recently painted and some fantastic fold out shutters to enjoy the outdoors from comfort of your own room.

Guests share communal kitchen and bathroom facilities at shearers quarters.

Double bed with all linen provided.

Towels supplied.

$80 per couple per night.

Two night minimum stay.
